Welcome to Carthage Oil. By placing an order on our website or interacting with our products and services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Our Commitment to Quality

At Carthage Oil, we are passionate about delivering high-quality Tunisian olive oil that’s pure, fresh, and flavorful. Every product is carefully sourced, bottled, and shipped to ensure maximum satisfaction. While we strive for perfection, we understand that issues can occur, and that’s where our refund, replacement, and cancellation policies come in.

2. Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for change of mind or opened products due to the perishable nature of extra virgin olive oil. However, if your experience wasn’t what it should’ve been, we’ll make it right under the following conditions:

You are eligible for a refund if:

Your order arrives damaged or leaking
You received the wrong product
Your order goes missing and is not delivered

What to do:

Email us at h@carthageoil.com within 7 days of receiving your order
Include your order number, a brief explanation, and clear photos of any damage
Our team will respond within 2–3 business days

Refund Process:

If approved, your refund will be processed via your original payment method. Timing depends on your bank or payment provider.

3. Replacements Instead of Refunds

In most cases, we prefer to replace the item rather than issue a refund, especially for damaged goods. If your order was impacted by shipping damage or you received the wrong product, we’ll send a new one, fast.

If you’re open to a replacement instead of a refund, let us know in your email. We’ll take care of the rest.

4. Order Cancellations

Need to cancel an order? We understand, things happen.

Here’s what to do:

Email us at h@carthageoil.com as soon as possible
If your order hasn’t shipped, we’ll cancel it and issue a full refund
If your order has already shipped, cancellation won’t be possible

We ship quickly, so the sooner you reach out, the better.

5. International Orders

We ship globally and love that our Tunisian extra virgin olive oil is enjoyed around the world. However, international deliveries may face delays or complications due to customs clearance, courier delays, or regional import rules.

We’ll do everything we can to support you, but refunds or replacements for international orders will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. Product Availability & Pricing

All prices are listed in your selected currency and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Product availability is updated regularly, but in the rare event an item is out of stock after you place your order, we’ll contact you with options: waitlist, refund, or alternative.

7. Payment & Security

We accept secure online payments through trusted platforms. Your payment information is processed with industry-standard encryption. We do not store your credit card details.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Carthage Oil website, including text, images, branding, and product information, is the intellectual property of Carthage Oil. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content without written permission.

While we stand behind the quality of our products, Carthage Oil is not liable for:

Improper storage or handling of olive oil after delivery
Allergic reactions or dietary conflicts
Delivery delays due to third-party couriers or customs

Always store your olive oil in a cool, dark place and use it within its freshness period.

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The “Last Updated” date at the top reflects the latest version. Continued use of our site or services implies agreement with the updated terms.
