At Carthage Oil, we care deeply about the quality of every bottle we send out. Our products are crafted with passion and precision, and we stand by the purity, freshness, and taste of our olive oils. But we also know that sometimes, things don’t go as planned, which is why we have a clear and simple refund and cancellation policy in place.
Refunds – When Things Go Wrong
We do not offer refunds for change of mind or opened products due to the perishable nature of olive oil. That said, if something genuinely goes wrong, we’ll make it right.
We offer refunds if:
- Your order arrives damaged
- You receive the wrong product
- Your order goes missing in transit and isn’t delivered
What you need to do:
Email us at h@carthageoil.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
Include your order number, a brief explanation, and clear photos (if there’s damage).
Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.
If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Timing may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Replacements – When a Refund Isn’t the Best Option
In many cases, we prefer to replace the product rather than issue a refund, especially if it’s a damaged shipment. Our priority is getting you what you paid for, in perfect condition.
If you’re open to a replacement, just let us know when you reach out.
Cancellations – Before It Ships
We get it, sometimes plans change.
If you need to cancel your order:
Email us at h@carthageoil.com ASAP.
- If your order hasn’t shipped, we’ll cancel it and issue a full refund.
- If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
We move fast with fulfillment, so the sooner you contact us, the better.
International Orders
For international orders, delivery issues or delays may be due to customs or third-party couriers. We can’t control those processes, but we’ll support you as much as possible. Refunds or replacements for international orders will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
